We will meet at 6:00 p.m.  in front of the Anaheim Civic Center Parking Garage. Use 2 42nd Street Anaheim, CA  for directions. You can park in the garage and meet the group at the south side of the garage on 42nd street. See picture for location.


Pam Packing House Run (3.7 miles)

Head South to Broadway and make a left until you reach Olive Street.

Cross the street at the crosswalk and continue heading east on Broadway.

Turn right on Kroeger Street and continue on to E. Santa Ana Street.

Use the crosswalks to cross Kroeger Street and Santa Ana Street.

Run east on Santa Ana Street.

Right on Casita Street and continue on till you hit Valencia Street, then jog to the left.

Make a quick right and run through the greenbelt area until you exit a short gate that lets you out onto South Street.

Right on South Street.

Right on Kroeger Street, stay on the walkway at the park.

Left on Santa Ana Street

Left on Melrose Street.

Right on South Street.

Right on Olive Street

Left on Santa Ana Street (stay on the south side of the street as you will lose the sidewalk on the north side)

Pass Anaheim Blvd. and continue on Santa Ana Street.

Cross the street when you get to Helena St (residential street, no cross walks-watch for traffic) and continue north on Helena

Right on W. Elm Street (either side of the street)

Left on Clementine (stay on the west side of the street)

At Center Street Promenade, follow the round-about to the left, passing the trapeze course and The Rinks ice hockey rink

Continue running east along Center Street Promenade

Left on Anaheim Boulevard

Right on Lincoln at the crosswalk on south side of Lincoln

Right on Claudina St. (just past the event center)

Left on E. Center Street

Right on Olive Street

Just BEFORE Broadway and  the skate park, turn right into the parking lot and run through  the grassy lawn until you get back to Philadelphia

Follow Philadelphia to the right and then left as it turns into 42nd Street.

Finish up at the parking structure.

From the structure, we can walk to the Packing House- it’s only a couple of blocks.

Tuesday Run (May 1)

We’ll meet near the Snail’s Pace store at 6:00 p.m. We gather in front of the In Flower floral shop (1050 E. Imperial Hwy in Brea). We’ll be doing the 5.3 mile version of John’s Run.  One way to shorten this run is by staying on Associated Rd., rather then veering off towards Placentia Ave.  This will make the run slightly more than 4.5 miles.

This Thursday (May 3) we will be having the monthly group dinner after the run. The details will be posted tomorrow.  





Saturday Run (April 28)

We’re meeting at Citrus Ranch Park in Tustin at 7:00 a.m. The address is: 2910 Portola Parkway, Tustin 92782 The map is for a 12 mile round trip run…but you can easily shorten or lengthen it to any distance by turning back at any point since it is an out-and-back run.


Thursday Run (April 26)

We are going to meet at 6:15 p.m. in Downtown Fullerton near the SE corner of Harbor Blvd. and Wilshire Ave. You can park in the nearby parking structure surrounded by Wilshire Ave., Pomona, E. Amerige and Harbor Blvd. The address is 114 East Wilshire Avenue , Fullerton.

Tuesday Run (April 24)

We’ll meet near the Subway (1088 E. Bastanchury in Fullerton) at 6:00 p.m.  The Subway is located in the Stater Brothers Shopping center on the SW corner of Brea Blvd. and Bastanchury.  We’ll be taking the Ashburn Trail to the Juanita Cooke Trail (Fullerton Loop Trail) to Laguna Lake and back.

Directions for Ashburn Trail to Laguna Lake Run (5.2 miles):

Run SOUTH on Brea Blvd.

Turn RIGHT on Ashburn Trail (at signal, you’ll see a white fence at the entrance of the trail)  After the white fence, there will be a brown fence.

You will pass the Fullerton Sports Complex on your right side.

Follow trail along the brown wooden fence until it ends

Turn RIGHT at the end of the trail (brown fence ends)

Run through one of the 2 circular tunnels on your right.

As soon as you exit the tunnel, turn LEFT and run along the dirt trail (the golf course will be on your right-hand side)

At the end of the trail, cross the street

Turn RIGHT on the dirt trail and then go down towards the railroad tracks

Turn LEFT at the railroad tracks and run along side them (tracks will be on your right-hand side)

Turn LEFT on the trail right before the black metal overpass

Turn RIGHT up the embankment to the Juanita Cooke Trail (Fullerton Loop Trail)

Turn RIGHT on the trail, cross over the metal overpass and run to the end of Laguna lake and then return the same way you came.

We will meet at the Yorba Linda Community Center at 7:00 a.m. The address is 4845 Casa Loma Ave. in Yorba Linda and the center is located at the intersection of Imperial Hwy and Casa Loma. We park in the parking lot off of Casa Loma. This is an out-and-back run and you may turn around at any point.

Turn around 0.1 mile past Lindsey Dr. for a 10 mile round trip run

6 Mile Run; Turn around at Imperial Hwy and return the same way

8 Mile Run: Turn around at Esperanza and Fairlynn and return the same way

10 Mile Run: Run just past Lindsey Dr and return the same

Thursday Run (April 19)

We will meet in the Yorba Linda Community Center parking lot at 6:15 p.m. It is on the corner of Imperial Hwy and Casa Loma Ave. We park in the parking lot that you enter from Casa Loma Ave. We will be running a new run.
