We will meet tomorrow at Grijalva Park and Sports Center in Orange at 7:00 a.m. The park is located just east of the Santiago Creek. The address is 368 N. Prospect St. Orange, CA 92869. The entrance is at the intersection of Prospect and Spring street. Drive around the field (3 sides) and park near the restrooms which are located along the side of the field closest to Prospect Ave.

We will run on the Santiago Creek Bike Trail to Main Street (south-west direction). The distance to Main Street is approximately 3.9 miles (7.8 miles round trip). For shorter runs you can turn around at any point and return to the parking lot.

We will be checking out the bench that the City of Orange placed last month to honor John Strand who has been planting trees along the Santiago Creek trail. Here is a picture of the bench with John, Julie H, and other volunteers that help John with the planting and the weekly maintenance and watering.
