It’s been dark by the time we are finishing our evening runs. It is time to start wearing light colored clothing, and bring the nighttime running gear such as reflective vests/suspenders, blinking lights, flashlight or headlight.

Remember to stay 6 feet away from your running buddies before and after the run. During the run increase your spacing as much as possible.
