We are going to meet near the NW corner of Brea Blvd. and Birch St at 7:00 a.m. You can park in the parking structure located on Brea Blvd. behind the movie theaters. We will be running north on Brea Blvd then east on the Tracks at Brea trail. The distance to the east end of the trail at Surveyor Ave and back is approximately 6 miles. For longer runs you can continue toward Valencia Avenue then east on Imperial highway , and get on the trail after La Floresta Drive. For shorter runs you can turn around at any location and return.

If it rains we can go up and down the parking structure stairs.

Brea Runners 2019 Holidays Charity

Some in the group watched the Award-winning documentary Skid Row Marathon and suggested we help the Skid Row Running Club.

Judge Craig Mitchell organized a running club comprised of homeless, recovering alcoholic, and paroled men and women on LA’s Skid Row who seek to rediscover their sense of self-worth and dignity.
