Welcome Back MONICA!!!  Monica came out and ran with the group at the loop on Saturday.  It has been so long since she has run with us and everybody was so happy to see her!

Happy Birthday KAREN!!!  Karen celebrates her birthday on Wednesday.  We hope that Karen stops by for a visit next time she comes to town.

Gobi the Ultra Marathon Dog:  I read this article about this cute little dog who followed a runner for days, while running through the Gobi Desert.  It’s hard to believe that she was able to do that with such short legs!
