Congrats RICK!!!  Last Saturday, Rick ran a local 5K race, which was a fundraiser for a local elementary school.  He said he had a lot of fun running this…and he placed 1st in the 60+ division! This was the first race that Rick has participated in since the Chino Hills Trail 1/2 marathon last year.

Happy Birthday JULIE A!!!  Julie celebrates her birthday on Saturday.  Have a great day!

Happy Running SANDI and JUAN!!!  They will be running the San Luis Obispo Half Marathon on Sunday.  The course sounds fantastic…a journey through a small classic CA college town, thru a 19th century downtown, past historic neighborhoods, a CA Mission, a Frank Lloyd Wright building and Chinese Garden, out into Edna Valley wine country in the shadow of Morros and farmland and a downhill finish at the iconic Madonna Inn.
