We’ll meet at the Fullerton Courthouse at 7:00 a.m. (near the intersection of Brea Blvd. & Harbor Blvd….behind the Ralph’s) 1275 N. Berkeley Ave. Fullerton, CA 92832. We park in the lower parking lot. We have 4 mileage options…5 miles, 6 miles, 7 miles and 10.5 miles.

Congratulations CHRISTINA!!!  Christina participated in the Vegas to Baker Relay last weekend.  She was part of a 20 person team called ‘Team Jane’ from the Irvine PD.  The race was 120 miles long and it took them about 23 hours to complete the relay. Christina ran 5.7 miles at 4:00 a.m. and fortunately it wasn’t too cold…temps were in the 50’s.  She was very proud to be a part of this team because they all ran in honor of 2 of their coworkers who lost their battle to cancer.  Christina said that although she was super sore the next day, she had a great time and wants to do it again next year.  Here are a few pics from the relay…Christina’s van mates, Team Jane and the Convention Hall Finish Line

Happy Birthday CINDY 50 and ED!!!  Cindy celebrates her birthday on Saturday and Ed celebrates his birthday on Easter Sunday.  We hope that you both enjoy your birthdays!

Congratulations ROSEMARIE!!!  After the run this evening, Rosemarie shared some “good and bad news” with us.  The good news is that she has a new job as an office specialist for the OC Sheriff’s Department in Aliso Viejo.  She begins on April 21st.  We are all so very happy for you, Rosemarie!  The bad news is that she won’t be able to make it out to the evening runs.  We will all miss you…but we do expect to see you on our Saturday runs.  If we don’t…we will hunt you down!  LOL

A Happy Surprise!!!  We ran into Lan and Jack after our run on Thursday.  They were at the Brea Farmer’s Market with their little boy Parker.  I think he is 18 months…but it might be 16 months.  I noticed that they had a jogging stroller with them. We hope that Jack and Lan come out to run with us again. We are a baby friendly group!
