Thank you so much DONNA and PAM!!!  Donna and her sister took a bus tour through some of the New England states to see the beautiful Fall leaves.  At the end of Saturday’s run, she gave me a container of maple glazed almonds to share with the group.  I tried a handful and they are yummy!  I promise not to eat them all and I’ll bring them to the run on Thursday for all of you.  Pam spent a few days at a luxury ranch resort in Montana.  She had fun doing some fly fishing, horseback riding, maneuvered an obstacle course and did some target shooting.  Pam brought back some beautifully decorated chocolates made in Montana for the group.  It is so very thoughtful of you both to remember your running pals back home while on vacation!

Congratulations DONNA!!!  While on vacation back east, Donna made a side trip to Topeka, Kansas where she qualified for the Senior Games 5K.  She already qualified for the 10K in Pasadena not too long ago.  So…she will get to compete in the 5K and 10K at the National Senior Games next year.  Great job, Donna!
